Mr. Mesbah obtained the degree of LL.B (Honours), LL.M from the University of Dhaka and practiced law in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Later he immigrated to Canada where he completed LL.B (nca) from the University of Ottawa and achieved the degree of Barrister-at-Law from the prestigious Law Society of Upper Canada. He practices in the Superior Court of Justice and in the Court of Appeal as a Solicitor. Due to his professional training and vast experience in Canadian immigration law, he is able to give proper legal advice to all desirous immigrants to Canada from all parts of the world and represent them to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

He is the first Barrister with the Bangladeshi origin to have law practices in Ottawa, the Canadian National Capital.
